Everyone in the world knows that hip hop legend Eminem is from Detroit. He went from 8 Mile Road to the one of the biggest, most respected artists in the world. In fact, he still lives in the Detroit area, albeit in a gigantic mansion in the suburbs. So many stars just leave where they're from and move to Los Angeles or New York.
That said, there are no bigger stars for Ed Sheeran to bring out at Ford Field that the extremely reclusive Eminem. Really, only an artist the calibar of Ed Sheeran could do it...and he did it.
