It's been a hot hot summer so far...a few weeks ago, our AC went out in the middle of the night and it took a few days to get it fixed. My wife Michaela got very creative, trying to keep the house cool for our kiddos! For example, she put a big bowl of ice in front of the fans in the kid's rooms! She put towels over some of the windows on a day that the humidity was crazy!!
How about this...make sure your ceiling fan turns counterclockwise so it pushes cooler air down! Ok, now I'm going to have to stare at mine to figure out which direction is moving!
