After the Fourth of July, the next biggest holiday in America has to be 7-Eleven Day! that's right...According to CBS News, the convivence store goliath will celebrate their name sake holiday with free Slurpees at all 7-Eleven, Speedway and Stripes stores. Plus, in honor of the store's 95th birthday, customers can stop by for $1 Slurpees for the rest of the summer.
By the way, do you know why 7-Eleven is called 7-Eleven? While most are now open 24-7...the original hours of the stores were...you guessed it, 7am until 11pm!
There ya go! Now head out and enjoy a free Slurpee!
