I'm usually not a big fan of April Fools pranks because they generally lack...what do you call in again...humor!
But this one I kinda love...Friday night, Jimmy Kimmel and Jimmy Fallon, the two biggest late night hosts, unexpectedly switched coasts and shows, with Jimmy Kimmel in New York to host The Tonight Show and Jimmy Fallon in Hollywood to host Jimmy Kimmel Live! This is certainly not something Letterman and Leno would have done! Justin Timberlake, a good friend of Fallon's, showed up on stage in costume as Matt Damon, with who Kimmel has a long running fake feud! The Red Hot Chili Peppers performed on BOTH show!
The hosts say they've been planning this for two years but Covid prevented them from doing this until now!
