As we jet through the final few days of the year, enjoy Christmas and New Year's, I'm looking back at 2021 with mixed emotions. While it might not have been everything we predicted, it was certainly a year filled with ups and down. Above all else, in June, my beautiful daughter Luna River was born happy and healthy with big old blue eyes that I fall more in love with every single day. My son Lennon, who is coming up on three years old, is really starting to love being a big brother. My wife Michaela and I are doing our very best in navigating having young kids while we slide into a third year of uncertainty concerning the pandemic. But you know what, we have HOPE...hope for love, hope for happiness, hope for piece of mind.
From a work standpoint, 2021 was a year of grinding...working 60 hours a week, getting up long long before the dawn and working when the kiddos are sleeping and napping (when they nap)…but the bottom line, the radio show I do each day is second only to my kids, wife, and family. I love playing music, keeping you company on the road, giving away concert tickets, money, and other prizes, and hopefully, making you laugh every now and then (even if its at my own expense).
