50 ways to get HEALTHIER after the Pandemic!

I think I heard this fact somewhere (don’t fact check me), but on average, Americans have gained about 20+ pounds since the start of the Pandemic…I am definitely more comfortable is sweats than jeans than I should be lately. USA Today has come up with the 50 ways to be healthier. These are mostly pretty common-sense things like drinking more water instead of sugary drinks, walking more, washing your bed sheets more often, use a standing desk, take the stairs instead of the elevator, go to the park everyday, meditate, get a new toothbrush.
