Last week, we talked about the cast of That Thing You Do (you know the song) reunited for a special Youtube stream.The stream went down on Friday evening at featured the entire band, including Tom Everett Scott (Guy Patterson), Steve Zahn (Lenny), Johnathon Schaech (Jimmy), Ethan Embry (T.B. Player), and Liv Tyler (Faye).
By the way, T.B Player stands for "The Base Player".
The stream benefited MusiCares and also honored the memory of Adam Schlesinger, the lead singer of Fountains of Wayne and writer of the song "That Thing You Do". Adam died recently due to complications of Covid-19.
