So many of our favorite TV shows and movies are getting are find new audiences as reboots and reunions these day…but for Mrs. Doubtfire, it’s not a new movie or TV series, but rather a Broadway musical. Entertainment Weekly gave us the inside scoop on the new Mrs. Doubtfire starring Rob McClure in the title role. He’s not new to musicals from movies as he’s coming off a run of the Beetlejuice Broadway musical and not new to a whole bunch of makeup. He tell EW that the big difference from the movie is becoming Mrs. Doubtfire in real-time, he can’t run off and sit in a trailer for 5 hours. If you’re in New York, Mrs. Doubtfire begins its run on April 5th and tickets are on sale now.
