Well, with some fresh snowfall, this is a pretty fitting conversation! According to a new report, decorating your home for the holidays months early can be good for your mental health. “When you’re putting up decorations, you’re thinking of happier times, times with family and friends and family traditions you engaged in,” psychotherapist Amy Morin told ABC News.
Last weekend, when my son was up at the crack of dawn because he was messed up by the end of Daylight Savings Time, we took our tree out and put Christmas lights on his play mat...flashing lights and babies go together like peanut butter and jelly!
So, if you're down, go ahead, toss up some Christmas lights, no judgement!
