Even been in a gym and heard a fellow exerciser blurt out an F-BOMB or other cuss? Well, turns out, they might have had the right idea! Apparently, cussing can help improve your workout. Researchers in the UK saying cussing while working out supports your stress responses, gives you an adrenaline boost which increases your heart rate and oxygen intake. But be careful not to over use your expletives, as the same study says that if they are used too much, they loose their power.
Also, might be a good idea to just do for home workout, someone at the gym might not be thrilled with it, LOL!
