Popeyes' crazy popular, sold-out chicken sandwiches are coming back! You might recall this last summer, people were waiting two or more hours just to get turned away because the chicken restaurant had run through their supply.
Next month, the 150 restaurants that the company itself owns (the rest are independently owned franchises), will once again start selling the popular sandwich. In fact, the company's CEO says it's going to hire more than 400 new employees just to deal with demand! These stores will have two staffers dedicated just to the chicken sandwiches.
I've got to ask, have you had one? Is it worth a two hour wait in a drive through?
