Just after her song "Dark Horse" became a hit on the charts, Katy Perry had trouble. Christian rapper Marcus Gray quickly claimed the pop singer and her co-writer Dr. Luke, had copied his song "Joyful Noise". On Monday, a jury in Los Angeles agreed and found that song in fact stole elements of the song. Katy and Dr. Luke claimed that they'd never heard Gray's song, but apparently, the jury did not buy it. So now the trail moves into the penalty phase and we'll wait and see how much Katy and others involved in the song have to pay.
