Chicago PD releases new Jussie Smollett footage

This is the story that just won't go away. The Chicago Police Department has just released more than 70 hours of footage in the Jussie Smollett case, including a video showing him still wearing the rope that was used during the alleged attacked back in January. According to TMZ, this video was shot more than 40 minutes after the alleged attack and he still had it around his neck.

All of this on the heals of a special prosecutor being appointed to review the case, with the authority to file new charges. Smollett was charged with 16 felony counts of lying to police about the attack, but then had them dropped in exchange for the 10,000 bond and community service.
