Today, we talked to Jenna Kashou, write, storyteller, and journalist specializing in lifestyle and culture. She also had the privileged (yep, I said privilege) of growing up two houses down from me. We went to school together from first grade through high school!
Jenna stopped by to share stories from her new book, the second edition of 100 Things To Do In Milwaukee Before You Die. We all know about the obvious ones...Summerfest, The Miller Brewery Tour, State Fair, a Brewers game at Miller Park. This book goes deeper and finds the hidden bars, restaurants, cultural and historic spots in Milwaukee. This book seems to be designed not for the out-of-towner, but for the Milwaukeean that wants to learn more about our city.
