This is the video that went viral around the world. The last thing a tourist expects to see what exploring the West Side of Manhattan in New York City is an out of control helicopter, spinning widely and then crashing directly into the Hudson River! YIKES! Ironically, the location of this helicopter crash is almost exactly the same place that US Airways plane crash landed in the Hudson River all those years ago and make Captain Sully a hero (and a great movie starring my man Tom Hanks).
Here's the good news, just like the plane on Hudson, there were no fatalities. The touring helicoptor had only the pilot on board and he survived with only very minor injuries.
