Starting Monday, March 20th, the Illinois Department of Transportation will be closing the two left-hand inbound lanes of the Kennedy Expressway. The construction is expected to last three years and cost $150 million. Every bridge from the Edens Expressway to Ohio Street will be having deck overlay repairs.
