Local family matching donations up to $30,000 for Make-A-Wish Wisconsin

Once again I'm blown away by the generosity of this community and here's another prime example of why I'm so grateful to be part of the Make-A-Wish Family and why I absolutely love living in SE Wisconsin. Jerry Jendusa, local entrepreneur and philanthropist, and his family are matching all donations made to the Mukwonago Basketball Free Throw-A-Thon up to $30,000 through January 14. The fundraiser has more than 400 kids participating from Mukwonago Boys and Girls Basketball as well as other community teams raising funds to give kids battling critical illnesses a life-changing wish through Make-A-Wish Wisconsin. This fundraiser is held in memory of wish kid Kaden Stark, who received his wish in 2011, and their goal this year is to raise $100,000! You can be part of reaching that goal by making a donation at www.bit.ly/mukwonago22. Special thank you to the Jendusa family for their extremely generous support. They were recently presented with the National Philanthropist of the Year Award from Make-A-Wish Wisconsin for their significant contributions over the years. There are currently more than 500 kids waiting for a wish so let's make them happen!
