Americans would rather have this than a pay raise

I don't think anyone would say no to more money but sometimes our time is more valuable. According to SWNS Digital, a new poll finds 57% of Americans say getting an extra day off from work each month to just get normal life tasks done would be preferable to a 10% pay bump each year. Specifically they'd use that day to pay bills, make appointments, run errands, etc. I personally understand these 57%. Luckily I have somewhat of a flexible job to get these things done but I'm so busy that it's super hard to find the time! I can't imagine what it would be like for people who don't have that flexibility at work. What are the tasks you would try to get done if you had that extra day off'?
