When it comes to Halloween costumes you're either the person that gives minimal effort or you've been planning your costume since last Halloween. I don't always dress up but when I do I usually make my own costume and go all out. One of my favorites was when I dressed up as a witch and made my own hat, skirt and striped purple and black leggings!
