There's not many food trucks around that serve sushi so I got excited when I heard some friends of a friend were opening one up right here in Milwaukee! It's called Modern Maki and they'll be located at Zocalo Food Park on S 6th Street. The menu sounds amazing with classic maki like California rolls and spicy tuna but you'll also find signature creations, sushi burritos, ramen and more! They officially opened up yesterday, October 1 and hours will be Tuesday through Thursday from 11am-2pm and 5-9pm; Friday and Saturday 11am-9pm and Sunday from 11am-7pm.
