It's no secret that soda is bad for you, especially if you're trying to stay healthy. Heavy soda consumption has been linked to weight gain, type 2 diabetes and more. When it comes to the most dangerous soda I'm sure you immediately think Coke then maybe Pepsi. Neither of those is considered the worst though! According to an article posted by Eat This, Not That, the most dangerous option is Crush Pineapple which I'm happy to report I've never had. If you look at the nutritional information for just one 12oz can it has 190 calories and about 50 grams of sugar. That's more sugar than eating five Original Glazed Krispy Kreme Donuts!
