You might think the answer is easy but Wisconsin is known for two types of food, cheese curds and fish fry, so really either one could be the answer. If you consider beer to be a food then you'd have three options to choose from! Working in radio I've gotten to meet many artists when they come to town and one thing that almost always comes up is cheese curds. Many people are told that while in Wisconsin they definitely have to try the cheese curds. I've given that advice myself! It was actually interesting learning about iconic foods from other states as well. I must say I'm really glad ours isn't "reindeer sausage"! Find out which state that belongs to here.
