Most Americans are really missing this right now

If you guessed travel then you guessed correctly. According to Yahoo! News, a recent study shows 70% of Americans say they miss traveling. I'm definitely part of that 70%. So far this year I've already had to miss two trips I was planning on taking. One was for my niece's quinceañera (the celebration of a girl's 15th birthday) in Mexico and the other was a trip to Spain where I used to live. I was so bummed out when I had to cancel those flights. Traveling is one of my absolute favorite things to do and the hardest part is not knowing when I'll be able to do it again. Being in an airplane and traveling to new places seems to be something we might actually be hesitant to do again once this all passes. According to the study that was done, 90% of people say they'll approach travel with a little more caution and 40% plan to alter the types of destinations they'll visit planning to stay closer to home. That's one thing that really worries me about future travels. My husband is from Mexico and that's where all his family is so it will be really hard if we aren't able to travel there for some time. I plan to take it day by day when it comes to decisions about traveling just as I've done with every situation since this all started. If you're a traveler like me then hang in there because once again some day we'll be creating new adventures and experiencing new things!
