U-Haul offering free storage to college students displaced due to COVID-19

The one good thing about disaster striking is watching people come together to help one another. Instead of talking about all the selfish people trampling each other at the store to buy toilet paper let's share stories about people and companies who are thinking of others. In case you're not aware many universities are asking students to vacate campus due to the coronavirus which is leaving many of them without a place to live and no where to put all their stuff. U-Haul, the moving equipment and storage rental company, is offering 30 days of free storage to students forced out of their dorms. The offer is available for all U-Haul owned-and-operated storage facilities across the nation and no purchase is necessary to rent the free space. They just want to be there to help out those who are suddenly displaced due to the coronavirus. You can read more from the Fox 6 article here.

I tell ya what, I don't usually need a U-Haul when I move as my dad has a truck and trailer but Jaime and I are in the process of looking for our first home and I just might decide to give my business to U-Haul after learning this. What a cool thing they're doing!
