How To Get $10 Tickets For Hamilton in Milwaukee

I'm sharing this info with you just in case, like me, you didn't know about the lottery system that Marcus Performing Arts Center runs. About a year ago a coworker and I were talking about a show coming to the Marcus Performing Arts Center and I mentioned it was a little beyond my budget but I really wanted to go. She told me about the lottery system they have that allows you to sign up for the chance to be able to purchase tickets for just $10! The best news I could have shared with you today is that they'll have this lottery for "Hamilton" when it comes to town!

The Marcus Performing Arts Center will have a daily digital lottery during the run of the musical "Hamilton" October 22-November 17 giving winners their shot to buy a pair of tickets for $10 per ticket for each performance. The lottery basically begins at 11am two days before a specific show, you enter it and then find out if you win at 11am the day before the performance. I did this for "Dear Evan Hansen" and although I didn't win it was super easy to sign up and totally worth it.

I'm guessing the lottery for "Hamilton" will be crazy so the odds of you winning might be slim but it's totally worth it in my opinion. 40 tickets at $10 a piece will be sold for each performance and there's quite a few shows so you do have a better shot at winning if you have a flexible schedule and can go to just about any showing. An article from msn.com has more info if you'd like to learn more about the "Hamilton" lottery and how you get signed up.
