On Happy Hour with Hannah we got to try Slim Chillers Skinny Freezers, Capriccio Bubbly Sangria, Dark Horse Rosé, and Cupcake Sauvignon Blanc. Slim Chillers Skinny Freezers - These are literally freeze pops for adults and they're awesome! They come in four different flavors: watermelon lemonade, appletini, cosmopolitan, and lemon drop. What might be the best part though is that they're only 100 calories! Finally a low-cal frozen treat for adults! They're made with premium 8-times distilled, charcoal filtered Vodka and I was pleasantly surprised as they weren't too sweet and didn't taste too much like alcohol. Capriccio Bubbly Sangria - These first launched in 2014 by Florida Caribbean Distillers and is bubbly red wine blended with 100% natural fruit juices with hints of pineapple and pomegranate. They're 13.9% alcohol, bursting with fruit flavors and super refreshing. These are on-sale at Otto's Wine & Spirits, two cans for $4.98! There are four different flavors you can mix and match too! Red, white, rose and watermelon.
Dark Horse Rosé - I know you might be a little worried thinking wine in a can? Really? No flavor is lost in these though and so much easier than dragging around a glass bottle, glasses, opener, etc. Most rosé can be a little more on the pricey side since it is made in small batches but not Dark Horse! Cupcake Sauvignon Blanc - Again another wine in a can that is just delicious! This sauvignon blanc is vibrant, crisp and comes from vineyards in the South Island of New Zealand. I'm a huge fan of key lime so I love that they incorporated that flavor into this along with lemon, white nectarine and other citrus fruits. This pairs well with oysters on the half shell, creamy lobster risotto or a picnic in the park! You can buy it in the bottle of course but now you can also get 375ml cans which are available at Otto's Wine & Spirits for just $4.49 a can.
