Demi Sec: this is very fresh and delicate and you immediately get aromas of fresh apples, pears and peaches. Flavors include honeysuckle and pineapple. Yum!

They all had such great flavor which didn't surprise us but what might take you by surprise is the story behind Gruet Winery.
