WATCH: Alabama principal performs "Can't Touch This" parody for COVID-19

As we prepare for back to school - real, virtual, or a combo, depending on the school - it's evident that in this COVID-19 era new rules about social distancing, masks, sanitizing, etc., have to be in place. Bummer, right?

Not when Dr. Quentin Lee gets involved.

Dr. Lee is the principal at Childersburg High School in Childersburg, Alabama, southeast of Birmingham. He wrote the rap himself "in about 15 minutes," including lyrics like “COVID! Is stressing me, all the updates from the CDC. Lysol! Can’t be found, I’ve looked all around this town.” With some students and teachers in supporting roles, he recruited a local video producer and they came up with this parody of "U Can't Touch This," where the only thing he's missing is the Hammer Pants.

Check it out, enjoy, and remember to "Stop! Sanitize!"
