Farm Aid announced for Alpine Valley September 21st

Farm Aid, the iconic festival begun in 1985 by Willie Nelson to help out struggling family farmers across the U.S., has a 2019 tour and they're coming to Alpine Valley!

The lineup brings back several performers who were just in Wisconsin: Willie Nelson & Family headlines, and he just had his Outlaw Music Festival play at Summerfest on June 27th; Brothers Osborne also performed at Summerfest on June 30th, and Dave Matthews was just at Alpine Valley this past Friday and Saturday. The rest of the list of performers is pretty impressive too. They include:

  • John Mellencamp
  • Bonnie Raitt
  • Neil Young
  • Tanya Tucker
  • Nathaniel Rateliff & The Night Sweats
  • Lukas Nelson & Promise of the Real
  • Margo Price
  • Jamey Johnson
  • Yola
  • Particle Kid
  • and who knows who else by the time the show takes place!
