Lake Michigan's waves just took out a lighthouse

On this January 7 - normally a cold and snowy day - we've had temps in the 40s and rain. But along the Lake Michigan coast in Manitowoc, strong winds along with those heavy rains proved enough to "wash" a lighthouse. The waves actually knocked the 20-foot fiberglass tower of the South Pier Light into the waters of the Great Lake, leaving only the concrete base. The Coast Guard is checking it out right now. Check out video of the waves here, and don't go swimming!!
