Forget Punxsutawney, PA. Sun Prairie right here in Wisconsin has the OFFICIAL Groundhog for Groundhog Day. At sunrise tomorrow morning, Jimmy the Groundhog will make his prognostication for the rest of our winter (my suspicion is it'll stay cold for a while yet, just a hunch.)
