A Kenosha County deputy says he stopped a man who was asleep in his Tesla on Sunday morning.
The deputy says the man’s car was going 82 miles-per-hour up I-94, and says the man was clearly asleep.
The car was equipped with an autopilot feature.
The driver, a 38-year-old man from the Chicago area, denied he was sleeping.
The deputy could only ticket the driver, for ‘inattentive driving.’
