We're starting to learn more about the wreck that happened on Saturday, February 6th where a truck hit a snowbank and fell 70 feet down onto westbound I-94.
Deputies found the driver, Richard Oliver, conscious and breathing. He is now recovering from injuries that he suffered in that incident.
The crash report is now available, and shows Oliver was cited with the following:
- Operating while revoked (forfeiture)
- Unreasonable and imprudent speed (77 mph)
- Failure to keep vehicle under control
No clue what the cost is for each citation.
The crash report also concluded there is no suspected alcohol or drug use at the time of the crash.
