Is It Weird to Drink Straight Half-and-Half?

You don't really see people pouring themselves a nice tall glass of half-and-half. I mean . . . it's 10% to 18% fat, which is like three to five times more than even whole milk. That's heavy.

But there's a writer for TheTakeout.com who's arguing it shouldn't be taboo to drink half-and-half. After all, we take down big quantities of other dairy products that are that fatty, like whipped cream, pasta with butter, and ice cream.

So . . . is it weird to enjoy half-and-half with your cookies, poured on your cereal, or as the base for your hot chocolate? Or do you think it's fine?
