I'm all for a free car wash, but what I saw on I-94 West was too good to be true.
Just after 5PM yesterday afternoon I was coming out of the Marquette Interchange when I noticed a bunch of cars slowing down for no reason; then I saw it.
Water just POURING out of a pipe under the 26th Street bridge. When I got closer, i noticed that it wasn't exactly the cleanest looking water I've ever seen.
Then I realized, that what may have been on EVERY car going through it may be from Jones Island; which if you're not familiar is connected to the Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage District.
That's the wastewater treatment plant!
