Both of my kids are under the age of six. Considering how HOT it's going to be this weekend, this conversation between my wife and I recently came up. Does swiming, count as a bath?
I say yes! She thinks no WAY!
I admit, this depends on where they are swimming; a pond, ocean, Phantom Lake in Mukwonago, etc? I say YES! You're friendly local nuclear power plant, of course not!
I don't even think it's a good idea to consider swimming in the neighborhood pool that gets shcoked twice a year and chlorinatged every week but never cleaned counts, but a lake, why not??
