Brewers swept by White Sox, lose 3-2 Tuesday

Brandon Woodruff gave up two runs and eight hits in Milwaukee's 3-2 loss to the Chicago White Sox on Tuesday night.

Ben Gamel hit a two-run home run in the bottom of the fifth for Milwaukee's only scoring. As a team, the Brewers managed seven hits.

For the second straight game, the Brewers lost a lead in the late stages of the contest, this time allowing three unanswered runs a night after giving up four unanswered after the sixth inning.

The Brewers fell to 3-5 on the 2020 season. Milwaukee travels to Chicago to play the White Sox for two games as part of a four-game home-and-home series this week. First pitch for both games is 7:10 p.m.
