We now know the identity of the mystery winner of the $768.4 million Powerball jackpot last month. Some states allow lottery winners to claim their prize and remain anonymous. However, in the state of Wisconsin, the winner must be publicly identified.
The winner of the March 27th drawing in 24-year-old Manuel Franco from West Allas, who will came forward to claim his millions. He says he bought only $10 worth of tickets!!! Ahhhhhhhh!
During his press conference on Tuesday, Manuel said he "just wants to travel the world, I'm not a big guys that's going to go buy fancy stuff...well, I might go buy fancy stuff". He says he won't be a lotto winner that goes bankrupt and intends of maintaining a normal lifestyle.
