Ryan Phillippe Shares Photo With His And Reese Witherspoon's Mini-Me Kids

Ryan Philllippe's latest Instagram post is sure to make you do a double take. The 44-year-old actor shared a sweet photo with his two teenage children, 19-year-old Ava and 14-year-old Deacon, whom he shares with ex-wife Reese Witherspoon. No, those aren't Ryan and Reese's clones, though it sure looks like Ava and Deacon could be exact replicas of their parents.

Soon after Ryan shared the adorable family photo, which he captioned "me n mine," his followers began commenting on how similar the children look to their parents. Deacon is a mini-version of Ryan, while Ava has long been considered her mother's lookalike. Reese even once told E! News of Ava that “People come up to her [all the time]. We were at a premiere and they were congratulating her on her performance. She’s like, ‘I’m not in the movie.'”

Despite divorcing after seven years of marriage, Ryan and Reese have remained close over the years for the sake of their children. “It is so important as divorced parents to keep that connection,” Ryan told Ellen Degeneres in 2010. “It makes the kids feel better that the parents are interacting. We go to all the school events together, and we’re there for each other...Our kids are happy and healthy and doing awesome.”

It's clear that both Reese and Ryan have a super tight bond with their kids. Both actors frequently take to social media to share cute family photos, captioning the shots with sweet notes about how much they love their kids. Just the other day Reese shared a photo of Ava, which many followers thought was a throwback photo at first, to wish her a happy birthday. "You are the sunshine of my life," the 42-year-old mother of three wrote. "Love you to the moon and back."

For most teens, your parents getting all mushy about you on Instagram is probably pretty embarrassing. When your Oscar winning mother does it, she might just get a pass.
