Here's Why We Need Nap Time At Work!

I lived in Madrid, Spain for a year and although it took some getting used to, I ended up loving that the city closed down for "siestas" or nap-time for a bit in the afternoon.  You'd go home, have a good meal, rest for a bit and then be recharged!
