About two weeks ago, Major League Baseball teams loaded up all the essentials...bats, balls, mascots...and headed to their perspective Spring Training facilities to get ready for the new season. The Brewers, for example, started workouts for Pitchers and Catchers last week, with their first actual Spring Training game scheduled for this coming Saturday afternoon against the Los Angeles Dodgers.
I know the Groundhog did his thing and said winter was here for a while longer, but I always feel like there is an end in sight when the MLB starts getting into gear!
