The Wisconsin Supreme Court ruled 4-3 today that Governor Evers overstepped his authority in issuing multiple health emergency declarations, which he then used to madate face masks statewide.
The court's decision does not affect any local mandates that remain in place.
Evers said a decision on whether not to extend the current mask mandate will be made at the last minute.
