After waiting more than 30 years, Prince Akeem Joffer is back!
In 1988, a young Eddie Murphy and Arsenio Hall starred in the original film that saw the Prince and his best friend travel from Zamunda to Queens, New York to find his bride! This is one of my favorite movies, I could not even pretend guess at the number of times I've seen this film!
Coming 2 America brings Prince Akeem back to the states to meet a son he never knew he had. Seems like all of the original stars including Murphy, Hall, John Amos are back and being joined by Tracy Morgan, Wesley Snipes and James Earl Jones in the film that will be released on Amazon Prime Video instead of theaters because of Covid-19 on March 5th.
