Dr. Phil gives us simple ways to relax

Life under quarantine is stressful. We are cooped up, worried about our health, worried about our families, worried about our finances. Dr. Phil has some suggestions to help relieve the stress and he says it just might save your life.

In a video from TMZ, Dr. Phil says first that "you can't change what you don't acknowledge...this isn't a normal situation and I know that, I'm under stress and my body is reacting to that". He goes on to say that if you tense your body for 10 seconds, then release for 10 seconds, 10 times...twice a day, you can relive stress for up to 8 hours.
