In today's climate of social distancing and many states and areas with shelter-at-home orders, many find themselves dealing with a lot more isolation than they are accustom to.
Who better to give some tips for surviving isolation than Scott Kelly, a US astronaut who spent 340 consecutive days in space on the International Space Station.
His best advice, which makes scene, is be sure to maintain a schedule and have a bedtime.
He talked to Good Morning America about the best way to live in isolation. On GMA he said "“I found as I got used to [the schedule], I actually needed it. You need to schedule things like work, rest, taking care of your environment… Take time to go outside if you can. Sunlight and nature is so very, very important to our health.”
