How about this one...there is a new bar in St. Louis that just opened with an unusual business model. The bar is called Open Concept STL rather charging people PER DRINK like..everywhere else in the world, they're charging people PER HOUR!
It's $10 an hour for premium drinks and $20 for top-shell stuff. I know more than a few people that would probably make the owners of this bar re-think this, but they do have some safety measures in place so people are not over-served. When you walk into the bar, they scan your driver's license to get your height and weight and then they calculate the number of drinks you can have in an hour without being over the legal limit.
