Attention to my fellow Sci-Fi nerds!! We've got a Star Wars TV show coming this fall!
After a dozen movies between 1977 and now (with more coming), we've never had a live-action TV show before...Until NOW. The show is set to be the flagship show of the new Disney streaming service called Disney Plus (several years ago, Disney bought the Star Wars franchise from George Lucas).
According to the official trailer description from Disney, "After the stories of Jango and Boba Fett, another warrior emerges in the Star Wars universe. “The Mandalorian” is set after the fall of the Empire and before the emergence of the First Order. We follow the travails of a lone gunfighter in the outer reaches of the galaxy far from the authority of the New Republic."
