We've got a new study here, and we're not saying you SHOULDN'T exercise if you're in your 20s or 30s...but if you DON'T exercise, it's not like you're guaranteed to have a heart attack later on.
A study out of the University of Rennes in France found that as long as someone starts exercising at age 40, it can have the same benefits for your heart as if you started exercising when you were younger.
The researchers say it's a good sign that, quote, "it's never too late to change your way of life and get more physically active."
