If you've ever tried to cancel your cable, internet, phone or other service, you may have run into a "customer retention" rep who tries to keep you from leaving. However, we've never heard anyone THIS insistent!

Last week a guy called his cable company and tried to cancel his service. To his surprise, the customer service rep just WOULDN'T DO IT! They went around and around and the guy got so frustrated he ended up hanging up.
He said the call was so bizarre, he decided to record it on his second phone, that's why the Comcast rep is on speaker. The customer who made the recording is a product manager at AOL named Ryan Block. You can listen in below...
